Returns

If you wish to make a return, please send an e-mail request to lou@loudebetoly.com within 14 days after delivery. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, including complete intact (not cut) original label tags.

Upon arrival we will notify you, if your return has been accepted or not. Refund payments will be transferred with the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

Please note, that some items are not subject to returns/refunds. This includes lingerie, sales items, made to order and custom products. We do not refund shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred by returns.
